Salary: 92k plus commission
Job Overview:
GSD Search is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager / Customer Service Manager for our client based in Brentwood, TN. This role is primarily focused on account management with sales-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive long-term success.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer needs.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner.
- Track and report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Set and monitor sales account targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze and track key sales metrics, including quarterly results and annual forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for growth and suggest actions to improve sales performance.
- Build trust and rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Continuously expand knowledge of protective packaging solutions and sales techniques.
- Meet budgetary goals set by the VP of Sales & Marketing and the company.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage accounts of all sizes (regional & national).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse personalities.
- Hands-on experience in sales with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
